Sarah is responsible for accounting and financial reporting of the Urban Standard debt and equity funds. She oversees the reporting team, is involved with the company’s overall financial planning and operations, and ensures the annual compliance requirements. Prior to joining Urban Standard Capital, Sarah was an audit manager at Mazars USA LLP, a national public accounting firm, where she performed and oversaw audits of private companies within the real estate industry.

Her experience includes private equity real estate investment funds, as well as residential, commercial and development properties, reporting under both U.S. GAAP and the income tax basis financial reporting frameworks. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Touro College. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and is a member of the Real Estate Committee of the NY State Society of CPAs.
